2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
1 avocado, diced
1 box of pasta
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
You can omit avocado. Use any type of pasta like brown rice, whole wheat, or regular. Add your favorite vegetables or whatever you already have in the fridge. Balsamic vinegar can be substituted with red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Cook pasta according to box instructions; Transfer to a large bowl and allow to cool
