Cucumber Sandwiches

This twist on classic cucumber sandwiches is that the cream cheese filling contains cottage cheese for added protein. Overall, this recipe is a fan-favorite that is easy to make and contains extra nutrients.

Health Benefit:

Cucumbers have a high water content, making them a low carbohydrate and hydrating veggie. Cottage cheese contains calcium and protein for strong and healthy bones.
