Pasta with Broccoli and Salmon

I love this recipe because I find it a really great way to get kids to eat or try salmon. Salmon is a GREAT source of omega-3 fatty acids- providing tons of great heart and brain health benefits. The added broccoli provides fiber and vitamin C, both important nutrients for a well-rounded meal.

Health Benefit: This meal contains protein and fiber to help keep us fuller for longer. It also contains vitamin C- important for immune health, as well as omega-3 fatty acids which will provide brain and heart health.
