  • Popsicle sticks
  • Popsicle molds
  • 2 medium bowls
  • 1 small bowl
Ingredients

1, 1/4 cups whole milk Greek yogurt 

2 TBSP honey or maple syrup 

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 

2 TBSP cacao powder

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 

 

 

Substitutions

Feel free to make this recipe your own based on what you like or what you already have. You can use crunchy peanut butter or any nut or seed butter. You can also use any type of chocolate you like. 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix 3/4 cup yogurt with creamy peanut butter and sweetener; Set aside

 

 

Step 2

In a separate bowl; Mix 1/2 cup yogurt with cacao powder 

 

Step 3

Melt chocolate chips in 10-15 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between intervals; Pour melted chocolate chips in chocolate yogurt mixture 

 

Step 4

Layer peanut butter yogurt mixture and chocolate yogurt mixture in popsicle molds; Insert one popsicle stick into each mold 

Step 5

Freeze for about 6 hours, or until completely frozen; Run popsicle mold under hot water to remove; Enjoy!
