- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 3/4 cup celery, diced
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
You can add greek yogurt, mayo, avocado, or anything else you’d prefer to make this dish more creamy!

Place eggs in large mixing bowl
