Yogurt Berry Bake

Ingredients

1.5 cups Greek yogurt

4 eggs

2 TBSP almond flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup berries of choice

 

Substitutions

You can substitute/add any of the ingredients for some of your favorites. Use any type of berries like raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries. Regular flour or oat flour can be a substitute for the almond flour. 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F;  Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray

Step 2

Whisk together yogurt, eggs, almond flour and vanilla until well-combined

Step 3

Fold in berries; Transfer entire mixture to baking dish

Step 4

Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked

Step 5

Allow to cool; Slice into six servings and enjoy!
