Yogurt Parfait
If you have been here for a bit now, you know that I love the idea of kids being able to create their own unique dishes. Besides for this being fun, I think this is a great and easy way for kids to get involved and explore new foods and textures that they may have shied away from before. I should also add that they are very colorful, and therefore a lot of fun to create and eat!

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp strawberries, diced
- 2 tbsp blueberries, halved
- 2 tbsp raspberries
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Start with a spoonful of yogurt; add strawberries
Step 2
Next spoonful of yogurt; add blueberries
Step 3
Next spoonful of yogurt; add granola; add raspberries
Step 4
Sprinkle with cinnamon
