Cherry Filling
- 4 cups cherries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble Topping
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2-3 TBSP maple syrup
- 2-3 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
You can substitute/add any of the ingredients for some of your favorites. Feel free to add your choice of nuts or seeds to the crumble topping for extra crunch! Honey can be used as a substitute for maple syrup. Add more or less cinnamon to taste.
Step by Step Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine cherries, vanilla, and cinnamon; Transfer mixture to baking dish

In a medium bowl, combine oats, walnuts, maple syrup, coconut oil, and cinnamon
Step 4
Spread crumble topping on cherry mixture; Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown
