Bagel Sandwiches

Who says bagels can’t be healthy? These easy-to-assemble bagel sandwiches are so delicious and make for a nutrient-dense breakfast packed with protein. The whole family will love them.

Eggs and turkey are a great source of protein to keep you energized and full throughout the day. Tomatoes contain vitamin C for immune health. 


  • Skillet or frying pan

1 bagel, check out our recipe for two-ingredient bagels!

2 eggs

2 slices low-sodium deli turkey

3-4 leaves of lettuce

1 heirloom tomato, sliced

Salt and pepper




Feel free to make this recipe your own based on what you like or what you already have. You can prepare the eggs scrambled or sub only egg whites for a lower-fat bagel sandwich. Also, feel free to use store-bought bagels. You can toast the bagels or leave them un toasted. 


Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Make the two-ingredient bagels on our website (optional); Slice in half


Step 2

To one half of the bagel, add lettuce leaves and tomato slices; Season with salt and pepper to taste; Next, add slices of turkey on top



Step 3

Spray a skillet with cooking spray or olive oil; Heat the skillet over medium heat; Once hot, crack two eggs directly in; Allow to cook for 2-3 min, depending on how runny you like the yolks

Step 4

Transfer eggs from pan onto the same half of the bagel with all of the toppings


Step 5

Close the bagel sandwich; Enjoy!
