Banana Protein Pudding

Blender or food processor

Makes 2 servings
2 cups cottage cheese
1 ripe banana
2 TBSP maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
You can substitute/add any of the ingredients for some of your favorites. You can top with extra banana slices, cinnamon, or whipped cream. You can also choose to omit the added sweetener, or opt for a different one, like honey.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Add cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor

Blend until smooth and creamy
Step 3
Pour mixture into a bowl or container of choice; Optional to layer slices of banana between layers of pudding mixture.

Allow to set in the fridge until thick, at least one hour; Store in fridge for up to 5 days
