2 slices of whole grain bread

1⁄4 cup cottage cheese

1⁄2 banana, thinly sliced into coins

4 strawberries, thinly sliced

Substitutions

Feel free to use any type of bread or substitute for a wrap. Feel free to add your favorite fruits, spreads, spices or whatever you already have in the fridge. Cinnamon would pair nicely with this recipe.
